Swimming is a kind of activity which can be called a sport & at the same time cannot be called a sport. It is a sport for those who enjoy it and are passionate about it. But it is the best exercise for those who do not enjoy it. I include myself with both the kinds of people. I have been swimming since the age five & it has been the only sport which I'm really good at. Its difficult to tell the flavour of my mood while swimming, but it is energetic and refreshing. It has kept my body well toned over the years, when several boys of my age have been slightly overweight. It refreshens me completely & has made my body ripple with lean muscles. Most probably it will keep my body fit enough to swim even when I'm over fifty.
